Our Manufacturing Advantages

Our company owns a fully integrated manufacturing facility, Hubei Jingchu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., located in the beautiful city of Xiaogan, Hubei, China. The factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced production capabilities.

Advanced Production Capacity
We operate 4 fully automated coating production lines, supported by over 20 slitting and die-cutting machines, as well as multifunctional dressing machines, rewinding machines, and lamination equipment. This enables efficient and scalable production.
Strong R&D and Customization Capability
Our facility is capable of manufacturing a wide range of complex functional dressings, including waterproof and super-absorbent dressings, tailored to different application needs.
In-house PU Film Manufacturing
We produce PU films independently, with thickness ranging from 0.008 mm (ultra-thin) to 0.1 mm, ensuring flexibility in product development and consistent material quality.
End-to-End Production Control
From raw material processing to final product conversion, all processes are completed in-house, allowing strict quality control, cost efficiency, and fast delivery.
